The journey begins with a presentation followed by a guided walk through the recreated distillery scene and culminates in the Jameson Discovery Bar with a complimentary glass of Jameson and mixer plus a chance for selected volunteers to become a ‘’Qualified Irish Whiskey Taster’’. Lastly, you will have dinner and a show at ‘The Merry Ploughboy’. The only pub in Ireland owned and managed by musicians. Playing together since 1989, the Merry Ploughboys are one of the longest performing live bands in Ireland. The Irish music & Irish dance show, which takes place every night at the pub, has been awarded “Best Dinner/Entertainment Event in Ireland”, winner of the “Best Traditional Show in Ireland” - 2010 to 2019 and the pub is the current “Music Pub of the Year” in Ireland.
