Unwind and return to nature, experiencing time without modern technology. Your day comprises a series of fun woodland challenges that guarantee interaction between participants. Each is prepared with sustainability, humour and light-touch knowledge as key values. Through the day, you’ll experience a Wild Food Challenge (foraging, breadmaking, cheesemaking), Wild Pottery Challenge(ceramics from the clay beneath the woodland floor), and Wild Charcoal Challenge (charcoal making, iron age style). As well as all this, you’ll be greeted with local refreshments and snacks, enjoy a lunch from the woods and be entertained with a Wealden wine tasting over a dinner of local cheeses, charcuterie and hot seasonal game dish.After the sun sets, the campfire will stimulate further companionship with tales of the day, before it’s time to take to the canvass, snug on a bed.
