A fantastic chance for any Chocoholic (and guest) to learn the art of Chocolate from Thorntons ex-Master Chocolatier and former cake maker to the Royal Family, Barry Colenso. This invitation only day will be held at Rutland Hall Hotel overlooking Rutland Water on Saturday 21st November 2025. You will start the day with a single origin tasting to identify your favourites, then go onto learn all about the story of chocolate from bean to bar. After lunch enjoy creating and decorating your very own chocolate plaque to take away with you, along with a signed certificate. This unique experience includes accommodation the night before, breakfast, a buffet lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
